Dem Bonez "The Reconstruction"

Here's a new piece I just finished for the Dem Bonez "The Reconstruction" show. The show opened last night at the Zakka Gallery in New York and will be up for the next three weeks.

The show is filled with a bunch of amazing artists from many different fields. Every artist received a vinyl blank to customize specifically for the show.

Special thanks to Mike Mendez AKA Nemo and Den Ramos for including me in such a cool show!

To see all the other works, and pictures of the opening, please click here.

If you're in New York, make sure to swing by the Zakka Gallery and see all the pieces in person.

  1. This piece is awesome!
IT stands out so much so well from the other entries in the show!

Dem bones will not have known what hit them

  2. Norm, it's good on several levels. The mods look cool and inventive and that finish is just flat out amazing. Well done!

  3. Oh my! What delicious folds of fleshy goodness you've created. It just screams torture, pain, anguish, & has that "please kill me, before I kill, and eat you look to it. Bravo!
    How big was this sculpt?

  4. Thanks so much for the comments, that's totally what I was going for in the piece!
The sculpt is around 8 inches tall.
