Paul Komoda's Mutant Gillman

The first of many drawings from an early Paul Komoda sketchbook, we present to you, "The Mutant Gillman."

In the coming months, I'll be posting some pages from the sketchbook I kept in the late 90's, prior to the one that's gained a degree of notoriety of late.

There was a period in the 90's when many deformed frogs were appearing bearing clusters of extra legs due to chemical changes in the ecosystem.

I simply applied that condition to a creature that might not take it so passively!

Winter Wonder Festival Japan 2011

This last weekend we were lucky enough to have our kits on display at the Kaibutsuya table at the Japanese Wonder Festival show. The response was great and we look forward to having more of our kits over there.
